Location - Qatar.The IT Service Desk Technician provides technical support to internal and external customers for a broad range of IT issues. They diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems while ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Receive and log IT service requests from various channels (phone, email, self-service portal).Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources.Resolve a wide range of technical problems including hardware, software, network, and application issues.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team member and provide clear documentation.Track and update the status of service requests until resolution.Provide technical support and guidance to customers in a clear and concise manner.Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.A+ or equivalent IT certification preferred.Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Skills: technical support, software, diagnosis, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, problem resolution, hardware, interpersonal skills, IT service, networking, service desk management, communication.
