Apt Resources, a leading hospitality recruitment company, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with European experience to join the team of one their UHNWF clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of their luxury homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in housekeeping and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities:Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning proceduresInspect the family home and all areas to ensure cleanliness standards are metCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operationsManage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentHandle guest complaints and assist in resolving any housekeeping-related issuesCreate and implement cleaning schedules and proceduresConduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staffRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or UHNWF settingProven experience in a supervisory roleEuropean experience preferredProficient in the use of housekeeping software systemsKnowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standardsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and a high level of professionalism.Salary on par or more than the best in the market for the right candidate.
