The company offers Technical Services, Interior Fit-out Services, and Janitorial services for commercial and residential properties.Minimum Requirements:Excellent command of spoken and written English.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.Experience in sales administration (2 years required).Experience with Excel (2 years required).Responsibilities:Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks to help them achieve their targets. This may include preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations, as well as assisting with data entry, sales order processing, and maintaining sales databases.Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, as well as with clients and customers. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member when necessary.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedules for sales representatives and managers. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.Sales Reporting: Generate and compile sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts. This involves gathering data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and organized manner.Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels. Collaborate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment processing.Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that customers' needs are met and that they receive excellent service throughout the sales process.Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and records. Keep the sales database up to date and accurate.Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Provide the sales team with relevant information to help them identify new opportunities and make informed decisions.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, such as managing office supplies, handling travel arrangements, and organizing sales events or conferences.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Foster a positive and supportive work environment to promote productivity and team morale.Ad hoc Tasks: Assist with any other sales-related tasks and projects as needed by the sales department or management.Preferred Qualifications:Candidates with Visit Visa, Sponsored Visa, or Cancelled Visa preferred.Candidates with an Engineering background preferred.Application Question:Do you have an engineering degree in any stream?
