CEQUENS is a leading cloud communication platform in the Middle East and Africa region and is dedicated to simplifying communications and building bridges to allow businesses to communicate with their customers, no matter where they are. The company provides Omni-Channel communication API's enabling enterprises and developers to communicate with their customer base worldwide.CEQUENS is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Executive will support HR operations, employee relations and play a key role in HR related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will possess strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment law staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices. The HR Executive will foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities. Proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the technology industry. Understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and other relevant HR functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence and collaborate to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
