Key Responsibilities::Oversee the maintenance and overall operations of our commercial & community buildings.Manage and direct the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.Liaise with various departments to coordinate and facilitate necessary maintenance activities.Qualifications::Bachelor or higher degree in engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the management of commercial or community buildings.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Note: you will be required to attach the following:1.
