We are rapidly expanding with our operations globally and have established our corporate headquarters in Dubai - UAE.We invite young, motivated, dynamic individuals with a strong determination to establish and grow a career in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relations to join our acclaimed team.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to achieve positive closures.Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.Continuously track and develop the clientele.Analyze and identify the right prospective leads to convince potential customers effectively.Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferably native English speakers or individuals with a neutral accent.Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.Ability to commit to 40 hours a week during UK / EST hours.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing is a definite advantage.What's in it for you?Competitive Pay: Enjoy an attractive salary and benefits package (5 US$ per hour).Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely with dedicated shifts as per UK / EST hours.Career Growth: Opportunity for advancement and career development across our global operational locations.Extensive Training: Teams will receive on-the-job training with the systems used and skills demonstrated on calls and in handling customers.Onsite Team Opportunities: Based on performance and availability, you may have the opportunity to join the onsite team in Dubai.If you believe that you possess the necessary skills and qualifications to be part of our exceptional team, we strongly encourage you to apply.
