C4I Centralized Control and Monitoring System Engineer DALMA 177CCMS Dalma Tech2, Saudi Arabia Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate CCMS program engineering, installation, and management activities.Installation for the CCMS and CCTV systems and subsystems.Evaluate CCMS systems and procedures in light of the latest operational concepts, and recommend changes for future CCMS project plans.Analyze maintenance data to identify system, procedural, organizational, or personnel problems contributing to the system downtime and recommend solutions.Provide support and advice on manning requirements.Execute tasks assigned by the management related to the CCMS and related systems and subsystems including attending meetings and conferences, preparing briefings, etc.Keep abreast of emerging technologies, operational and technological research, and user trends in terms of the operational and technology choices.Review Statement of Work (SOW), and other technical documents to ensure these documents address the requirements.Provide assistance in maintenance, repair, and overhaul of mechanical, electro-mechanical equipment related to CCMS.Provide assistance in installation/maintenance, repair of Fire and Security Equipment used in the C4I environment.Develop training material for On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and conduct training.Job SpecificationQualificationsCandidate shall have a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. Must be knowledgeable about the CCMS and related subsystems preferably in Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) environment. Must be proficient in the use of desktop computer software packages, in particular MS Office.ExperienceThe candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in CCMS in general and a minimum of five (5) years of this experience with C4I systems or systems of the same type and generation in a security/military environment.The candidate shall have experience in CCMS installation, integration, testing, operation, and maintenance.The candidate shall have experience demonstrating excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication skills.The experience shall include demonstrated ability to work independently, completing multiple and often competing tasks.The candidate must have experience with CCMS products associated with HVAC, Water Treatment, and Power Generation.The candidate must have experience in CCTV system, Security Intrusion Detection System, Fire Alarms System, Fire suppression techniques and water leak detection system.Must have experience in design and analysis of wide range of CCMS and CCTV systems.Must be able to prepare complete and concise technical reports and presentations.Must be able to review and edit, if required, construction plans, drawings, schematics, technical literature and technical information published in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
