The mission of the HR Department is to develop and sustain a dynamic work environment while providing support and growth opportunities.Part time School's Relationship Manager - DohaESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.You will be responsible for maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and creating new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.Package: Starting in the region between QAR 6,250 including all allowancesKey Objectives:Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venuesCreate a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior managementManage and business develop FR programs at all venuesBe the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standardEmbrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior managementEnsure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodiesSet of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:Desired Qualifications:Degree in sports, business or similar qualification related to the fieldDesired Experience:Proven experience in schools, sports and enrichment fieldsProven experience in relationship management and customer serviceBasic experience in administrative rolesJob-Specific Knowledge & Skills:High level of IT Skills including CRM systemsCustomer service and driven to deliver excellent customer serviceSports background and general understanding of sportsAbility to develop relationships and strategic partnershipsCreative thinker and decision-making skillsProblem solving and conflict resolutionTime ManagementHow to apply:For more information or to apply, please email careerFS.RM@esm.ae quoting reference RM_Jun24.
