Job DescriptionROLE/PURPOSEJobs at this level are responsible for understanding the Scope of Work and carrying out duties related to preparation and issue of engineering deliverables for project implementation. Perform pipeline design calculation and analysis. Prepare tender inputs and attend project technical & progress meetings.RESPONSIBILITIESReceives allocated duties & studies Scope of Work.Performs Pipeline design calculations and analysis.Prepares Pipeline design reports, specifications and datasheets.Verifies drafting for compliance with other engineering documents.Coordinates with the DOC.Prepares the PR.Undertakes technical evaluations.Conducts site surveys.Reports on work progress.Provides man-hour estimates for bids.Prepares materials take offs.Attends technical & progress meetings.Raises technical queries.Attends design review meetings.Prepares tender inputs.Trains Entry Level Engineers.Ensures compliance in accordance with HSE Standards.Skills RequiredB.Sc. in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3 years work experience in Offshore Pipeline design and construction engineering.Capability of utilizing Pipeline Engineering software.Understanding of Engineering Disciplines.Familiarity with Pipeline International codes & standards.Good command of written and spoken English.Strong technical knowledge and skills.Good communication skills.
