The Training Centre assists its partners with their Training Needs and Customized Programmes which are developed to meet these needs accordingly.The Centre offers courses in Management, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical, Language, Communication and Information Technology. It also offers its premises to its customers for their own conferences, meetings and in-house product training sessions and many more.Reporting to the General Manager - Group Learning & Development you will be responsible for:* Overseeing the design, development and delivery of training programs and workshops* Managing internal and external client expectations* Delivering the core curriculum, training calendar and customized programs as scheduled* Researching and developing recommendations for blended training delivery and resources* Identifying Learning and Development needs within the group* Maintaining systems for collating and reporting on training performance* Managing projects to meet key objectives that drive the Al Futtaim Training Centre towards a Centre of Excellence* Collating, analyzing and reporting performance metrics* Utilizing tools and resources that will discover training needs or assess capability standards* Ensuring delivery metrics are adhered to* Providing Trainer delivery days and feedback data* Ensuring project KPI's are met and exceeded* Serving as a Learning and Development Trainer on key projects and cross functional teams Job Category Human Resources Job Requirements Experience Any Career LevelSenior Job TypeFull Time Vacancies4 Open Positions Salary Negotiable GenderAny Degree LevelAny Faculty / Institute Any Major Any Age Any NationalityAny Residence Location Any Languages Any Own a CarAny Have Driving LicenseAny Job Skills * A tertiary qualification and/or relevant Training certificates* Fluent written and spoken English - bilingual, knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous* Confidence of presenting information to groups of people* Depth of experience in facilitating management and leadership programs in multi-cultural environment* Depth of experience in designing and conducting assessment methodologies up to middle management level* Background in participation or leadership in HR development initiatives* A high level of computer literacy* Experience of blended learning with special focus on learning technology About The Company Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
