They also have access to The Wellness Club facilities. Job Summary: To be responsible for the delivery of services to guests within Front Office areas in a friendly and courteous manner. Performs efficiently, courteously, and professionally, always maintains a high standard of service and hospitality and provides guest services, handles the setup of daily reservations and check-in and check out guests. As a Front Office Agent, we rely on you to, To have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office. To have knowledge of Shangri‐Las standard operating policies and procedures Be well versed with the daily arrival and the type of arrival guests. Eg, Return guest, Shangri-La Circle, VIP etc. Ensures all amenities are in room prior to guest arrival. Assists in solving guest problems and concerns, always takes the opportunity to exceed Guest expectations. Responds to all manners of inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features. Provides courteous service and responds promptly to guest requests and complaints. Processes all guest registrations promptly and efficiently. Stays up to date on room rates, package discounts with the coordination of other concerned departments.
