Freelance Trainer - Environment Management SystemNAJMA CONSULTANCY 15 Above years Dubai Competitive DAY Posted: 3 Months ago Job Likes: Not Available Job Views: 8 Contract Job Descriptions We are seeking a dedicated and experienced freelance trainer to deliver training sessions (5 days program) on Environment Management System (EMS). As a freelance trainer, you will play a vital role in educating the participants about the importance of environmental management practices and guiding them in implementing effective EMS strategies. Location: UAE Duration: 5 Days Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training materials and resources on Environment Management System tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars on EMS principles, regulations, and best practices. Provide practical guidance and advice to participants on implementing EMS within their respective organizations, including conducting environmental audits and risk assessments. Facilitate discussions and interactive activities to encourage active participation and knowledge retention among trainees. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback mechanisms and make necessary adjustments to enhance future delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience in delivering training programs or workshops on Environment Management System or related topics. In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001). Certification in environmental management or training (e.g., Certified Environmental Trainer) is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
