```html Position: Landscape Architect Location: United Arab Emirates Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with a proven track record in conceptual design and collaboration with developers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the aesthetic and functional enhancement of diverse projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape design from concept to completion while meeting the specifications and standards of the project.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the vision and objectives of the landscape projects are achieved.
- Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details, and specifications for the landscape project.
- Monitor the landscape project progress to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on the selection of materials and the style of plantings and other elements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design, specifically working with developers on projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating comprehensive landscape designs.
- Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the local flora, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices is preferred.
