Main Job Purpose: Responsible for handling Diriyah operations, from overseeing team's work to ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track compliance with client and Sixt standardsAccountabilities: Project Management:Responsible for the work planning to ensure the satisfactory progress of the workflow.Handle the safety and efficient movement and supervision of the Sixt personnel, materials, equipment, and vehicles assigned to each specific area.Administer the overall activities of Sixt personnel and ensure to comply with contract terms and conditions which include, but not be limited to the following:Ensure maintenance, registration and inspection of vehicles, equipment, safe transportation of the Sixt personnel and monitoring of safety program are adequately met.Ensure Sixt personnel perform the work as per the Contract requirements and frequencies or as directed by the Company Representative.Ensure that the WORK is performed at the level acceptable to Diriyah company under this Contract and shall meet all KPls.Ensure all Sixt personnel are wearing clean approved uniforms and safety equipment and carrying Diriyah company identification cards.Report all accidents and traffic violations to the Company Representative.Ensure that all Sixt drivers have a valid Saudi Arab Government (SAG) driver license.Ensure the availability of materials, tools, equipment and to be of highest quality and brand and shall obtain prior written approval of the Company Representative.Ensure that Diriyah company provided materials, tools and equipment remain inside Diriyah company premises. Such materials, tools and equipment shall not be taken or moved outside Diriyah company premises at any time during the term of the Contract without prior written approval from the Company Representative.Ensure that Sixt personnel are not working inside the camp after normal working hours, including, but not limited to repairing and cleaning cars.Ensure the quantity and availability of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.completing time sheets and responding to requests from Diriyah management are also required and ensuring that contractual requirements are met.Department Management:Manage the performances of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement; following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching etc..., to ensure the maximum achievement of the set objectives.Reward employees based on their quality performances met to give them motivation and inspiration.Allow employees to have trainings, if possible, to enhance more of their skills and adapt a millennial technology change.Handle and client concerns and address complaints timelyMaintain a high level of professional accountability to the client and Sixt.Operate with a high level of ethical and corporate responsibility.
