**Department**
HALUL TERMINAL
**Primary purpose of job**
Provide technical support to Halul Operations' Asst. Manager Operations in coordinating related issues such as
communications, logistic supervision, invoice preparation and document verification for operations that are critical to
support oil tanker movements and loading operations, ensuring the oil movement is processed without production
curtailments or incurring demurrage claims and as per tanker agent and customer requirements.
Update and monitor tanker loading plan, prepare the related communications and maintain a record of produced and
despatched quantities of crude oil pertaining to QP production and Joint Venture Operators. Ensure samples of crude oil
are available for analysis. Assist in all tanker loading logistic management. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly progress
and performance reports.
**Experience & Skills**
7 years experience within an oil or petrochemical environment, with preferably 2 years, in an oil export division, experienced
in planning, marketing and Oil Movement type of work.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
**Education**:
- Completion of Secondary (12 years) education with a certificate diploma in business administration or equivalent with
