Role Overview for Freelance Sales Specialist (Recruitment) Identifying and generating new leads and business opportunities in the recruitment sector Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Presenting and selling recruitment solutions that match clients' needs Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is seamless Ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-up Qualifications and Skills for Freelance Recruitment Sales Specialist Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within recruitment or HR services) Strong understanding of recruitment processes and solutions Excellent negotiation and closing skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and results-driven mindsetWhy Join Our Team as a Freelance Sales Specialist?Joining our team means being part of a company dedicated to innovation and excellence.
