Aventus are searching for a VP of Real Estate in Jeddah. In this position, you will work on the delivery of diverse assignments, focused on acquisition, investment/development and management of real estate funds and separate accounts.Responsibilities:Sourcing new investors and assetsDevelop pipelines of transactions, analysing proposals and recommending exit strategiesManage the relationships of third parties in all aspects relating to the real estate fundsSupervise valuations, investment risk analysis and financial modellingRequirements:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economicsMBA desirable but not essentialStrong experience in finance and accountingFluency in Arabic & EnglishExperience in Real Estate investment & developmentOpen to experience in industry or big consultancy firms focussed on the sector
