Pay: $24.01 /hrSchedule: M -F; 8a - 1p (part-time)Location:6750 N Andrews, Fort Lauderdale (until March 2025);then moving to Brickell Ave, MiamiTheWorkplace Experience Support is directly responsible for theconference scheduling program at the site. Through the maintenanceof an organized process of receiving and coordinating all requestsfor reserving conference rooms for meetings and special events, onthe MS sites.Workplace Support willaccurately process conference room reservations at MS sites andcommunicate all necessary information and confirmations to themeeting organizers.Provides Conference Rooms booking onMS sites and proactive support for MSemployeesResponds to Booking Tool requestswithin Service Line AgreementtimeframeProvides proactive catering vendorsinformationCreates and maintains weekly eventlists and consistently distributes to IFM local team incoordination with Compass GroupBe the localinformation point of contact for any conference roomneeds.Proactively communicate with main eventowner POC (point of contact) to support Office WideEventsConsistent follow up and follow throughwith every event organizer- every event, everyweekAbility to resolve issues and find bestpossible solutions when unforeseen situations arise and disruptconference rooms booking serviceOrganizes andmaintains event Lost & Found inventory; follows upaccordingly to try and get lost item toownerEnter visitor/guests informationaccurately in systemMaintains any applicablesupporting documentation including, but not limited to eventtrackers and communication templatesBefamiliar with minor troubleshooting of conference roomamenitiesDemonstrates outstanding customerservice skills, empathy and ability to react quickly and positivelyto fast paced environment.Lead by example,practicing and promoting company policies equally, fairly andconsistentlyMaintain conference roomsutilization data updated in a daily basis in terms of reservationsspaces/ utilized and number of attendees.Workwith Workplace Experience Specialist for continuous improvementsand areas of opportunities in the customer space in line withservices standards frameworkRequirementsBi-lingual (English &Spanish)Experience in customer service,hospitality or retail environmentStrongorganizational skillsComputer literacy (Excel,Outlook, etc.) INT
