1Provideguidance to team to achieve the delivery andobjectives.2Recommendtechnical standards for deployment andintegration3Play akey role in digitalization automation and innovationinitiatives4Engagewith core banking vendor on regular bases along with otherpartners.5Direct& manage the team activities for the implementation ofstrategic initiatives and newrequirements6Toplan resources for monitor support integration and deliveractivities.7Developand train technical team on latest technologies for delivering tofullpotential.8Superviseand monitor the performance of teamperiodically9Managestakeholder expectations while striving to meet thedelivery10Technicaldelivery using either Agile or waterfall methodologies suiting theinitiative from business project and changerequests.11Adoptbest practices in core baking support anddevelopment.12Ensuringdeliverables in accordance with expected quality &standards13Adherenceto information security policies andprocedures.14Coordinateproject team meetings to provide status updates and identify andresolve issues to ensure ontime highquality delivery in accordancewith the stated projectgoals15Ensuredocumentation supporting materials and project plans are updatedand readily available for internal / external audit andregulatory.16Managechanges to the project scope project schedule and project costsusing appropriate verificationtechniques.Providetraining knowledge base/transfer and support to staff wheneverrequired.
