Contribute to the design andimplementation of NEOM HWB Authority strategic objectives and goalsby developing an excellence approach to policy, standard settingand the execution of the HWB Law andregulationsUse standards to drive up quality,safety, efficiency and effectiveness across all areas ofresponsibilityDevelop the policy and standardsetting for outcome-based care and the system for clinical and costevaluation of evidence-based guidelines, ensuring this includes theregulatory approach to evidence based guidelines, working incollaboration with Healthcare Coverage and Pricing, HealthInsurance and the Therapeutic Goods sections of the HWB Authorityand HW CompanyDevelop and implement the policyfor complaints management, investigation and improvement. Inaddition, develop and oversee the escalation process for complaintswhere it has not been possible to resolve at a local healthcareprovider level INT
