ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and capture for civilspace sales pursuits, including NASA's exploration, spaceoperations, space technology, and science mission portfolios. Inparticular, lead sales related to Commercial Lunar Payload Services(CLPS), Launch Services Program (LSP), and Tipping Point programs,among others.Lead strategy and capture forinternational and commercial spacecraft sales pursuits, such aspayloads on Blue Ghost lunar lander and Elytra space utilityvehicle missions.As Capture Manager,coordinate proposal development with the Proposal Manager, ProgramTechnical Lead, and Strategy and present proposal strategy,pricing, and negotiation strategy to company leadership. Coordinatewith the Proposal Manager to ensure compliance with solicitationdocuments and timely delivery to thecustomer.Lead customer engagement, shaping,and development of targeted marketing and sales strategies,collateral materials, and communications to NASA, Congress,commercial customers, and other stakeholders in coordination withGovernment Relations and Marketing andCommunications.Participate in programmaticreviews and customer engagements for civil and commercialspace-related missions, programs, andproducts.Coordinate development of businessplans, pricing recommendations, and product offerings withStrategy.Track civil and commercial spaceprograms, budgets, and policies in coordination with GovernmentRelations.Participate in action reviews (AARs)for each proposal to document lessons learned to enhance proposalwin rate and ease of preparation.Reportcapture status and updates to leadership on a periodic and timelybasis.QualificationsRequired10+ yrs. marketing, sales, orgovernment relations experienceDegree orprofessional experience in a technical field or equivalentexperience, with ability to support technicalproposalsKnowledge of NASA human spaceflight,science, and space technology programs, federal budgeting process,andKnowledge of government proposal managementwith experience influencing and capturing government opportunitiesincluding proposal support and response to governmentsolicitationsDemonstrated track record ofcreative problem solving and programdevelopmentExcellent communications skills,both oral and writingExcellent organizationalskillsU.S. citizen, permanent resident alien,or otherwise able to review all export-controlled technicalinformation INT
