Educated up to a minimum ofBachelor's/ Master's Degree in Law, LegalAffairs, Risk, Compliance, Controls, or theequivalent.Should possess relevantqualification such as ICA/ SCCE/ ACAMS/CFEWith at least 2-8 years of work experiencein Regulatory & Compliance, Legal Affairs, Forensicspreferably from a consulting firm or in any public or privateinstitutions. Conducted Compliance ManagementSystems implementation and monitoring.Shouldpossess skills and knowledge in regulatory universe such as CBUAE/SCA/ DFSA requirements, ISO 37301, Data Protection Law, AML-CFT,International Compliance FrameworkShould haveLegal & Compliance experience in MENAregion.Flawless communication skills inEnglish & Arabic are required.Advanceduser and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint etc.)Experience of managing teamsand working on approximately 2-3 engagementssimultaneously.Possess an analytical approachand inquisitive mind.Demonstrate leadershipand team mentoring skills. INT
