Assist with the project managementof the definition and timely execution of Air Arabiaaircrafts' "Delivery and Redelivery"with focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, conformity, and legalityof all actions executed. Ensures Work Packs are all run accordingto signed contracts and SLAs, and the aircraft meet agreed termsand conditions. This process would also include ensuring suitableMRO slots are obtained for anyredelivery.Assist with the project managementof new asset related projects as assigned including developingfeasibility studies, process and procedures, as well as actionplans when and as needed in coordination with both internal andexternal stakeholders.Manage the day-to-daypartnership with all required internal stakeholders, including butnot limited to Engineering & Maintenance, QualityAssurance, Procurement, Cabin, and Legal Department to finalizedelivery/redelivery formalities including contracts and otherdocumentation to ensure cost, risk, legal, penalties, technicalaspects and specifications are all covered within the agreed termsand conditions.Assist with the development ofthe specifications for aircraft to be purchased or leased by AirArabia in coordination with the hubs and other internal stakeholderfunctions.Maintain effective and positiverelationships with the Manufacturers, OEMs, Delegated Inspectors,MROs, Lessors, and Vendors to ensure all phases pertaining toaircrafts delivery and re-delivery are being properly planned,implemented and evaluated by the projectteam.Assist with ensuring, via the chosenoversight mechanism, the production of aircraft in theManufacturers' plants is in line with agreedspecifications prescribed within the signed contracts. Coordinateoversight of the inspection of new aircraft built at the sectionlevel and at the FAL "Final Assembly Line" toensure any defects found have been satisfactorilyresolved.Support in evaluating the aircraftbuild during the "Production Phase" taking intoconsideration MSCN's (Manufacturer Specification ChangeNotices" and SCN's "SpecificationChange Notices" proposed for embodiment on newdeliveries; analyze any changes in coordination with stakeholders,manufacturer and vendors; and negotiate and recommend correctivemeasures and solutions to protect the company'sinterests.
