Responsibilities:Delivering high quality technicalservices to Oracle CSS CustomersEnsuringadherence to internal methodology, tools and qualitystandardsIdentifying required/recommendedactions on customers systems as main output of service delivery,based on own knowledge andexperienceUnderstanding customer requirementsand based on own skills and experience, being able to design theproper architecture using the most appropriate products and designa technical plan to integrate them and implement the technicalsolution.Analyzing, troubleshooting andsolving whenever feasible, the issues the customer may face usingOracle products.Active participation onservices developmentActive collaboration withother engineers in the team or in other teams, to share knowledge,experiences, and others which can benefit CSS BusinessresultsTechnicalQualifications:Oracle Sun Solaris OS, Network andCluster Administration, Solaris 8, 9, 10,11Oracle Sun Hardware V/T/M-Series SPARC andx86 design, implementation, supportOVM, Xen,PDoms, LDoms, zones, SVM, UFS, ZFS, NFS, Flash Archive, Jump start,AI InstallerOracle Cloud IaaS: VCN, ADs,Instance, Storage, IAM, LB, and DNSOracleEngineered Systems, SuperCluster, Exadata, Private Cloud Appliance(PCA), ZFS Storage and Backup Appliances, InfiniBand Switches andOLVMValuable skills on DevOps, Ansible,Terraform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI)OtherQualifications:University Degree in Computer scienceor similarStrong English written/verbalcommunications (French; Spanish or German will be alsovalued)Self-motivated individual who workswell in a team environmentExcellent Incidentand Problem Management skillsFlexibility tovisit or work at customer premisesFlexibilityto travel (~ 25% of the time) in the region(EMEA)Flexibility to be"on-call" as part of a rotating 24x7 supportmodel, shared across team members, covering technical supportoff-business hoursExperience in working aspart of Global/ Matrixed/ RemoteteamsSelf-driven, ability to work underminimal supervisionExcellent Analyticalskills INT
