The multimedia designer/3D Animator must beable to produce visual solutions that meet the communication needusing a mix of creative and production skills combined withexperience with graphic design software. They need to design customwebsite themes create and maintain artwork for digital art socialmedia and content library produce artwork for campaigns whileadhering to production timelines actively participate in continuousimprovement and coordinate crossfunctionally and cross center togenerate ideas and knowledgesharing.Job Responsibilities:Develop concepts and createmarketing assets for digital and print following corporateguidelines.Participate in creativebrainstorming sessions as well as collaboration on given creativebriefs.Manage the development of creativematerials from conception throughproduction.Ensure that the look and feel ofcreative executions adhere to Company brand guidelines visualidentity and product messaging.Plan shoot andedit high quality video content andphotographs.Create animated videos to meet themarketing vision of the company.Conductresearch on media techniques and designideas.Design and produce attractive multimediacontent according to websitespecifications.Create digital images videoanimation believable highquality animations and textualanimations.Create original artwork for digitalimage processing.Create animated sequencesusing computer animation software.Record editand encode audio files.Efficiently design textand visual graphics multimedia & promotional materials(flyers banners posters brochures catalogues business cards onlineadvertising etc.)Keep an organised digitallibrary.Prepare animated presentations asrequired.Use image banks to the best of useand selection of images/footage to assist in the formulation andproduction of the designs.Research to refinethe creative approach and optimize creative/designamendments.Ensure projection of goodunderstanding of digital strategy and design bestpractices.Familiarity with copyright laws andcreative commons and how they pertain tocourses.Work with innovativeproductsManage and maintain companysmultimedia collateralCollaborate coordinateand participate in multimedia content development projectsincluding concept copy final output anddistributionWork independently and in teamsettings and handle ongoing multiple projects simultaneously andmeet setdeadlines.Perform anyother task asrequired.RequirementsBachelorsDegree in Bachelors degree in 3D Animation Video Animation GameProduction Graphic Design Design Education Art Fine Arts ComputerArt24 years professional experience as aninteractive and digital designer in a creative agency or from abroadcast industry.High proficiency in 3D MAXAdobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Web Development ToolsAftereffects applications Adobe Premiere Pro web design and otherdesign programs.Comprehensive understanding ofthe print design and digital productionmethodsExperience in photoediting cropping andcompositing as well as skilful retouching and colourcorrection.Key time managementskills.Experience with stills videophotography and editing are plus in thisrole.Strong typography layout colour paletteknowledge and design productionskills.Excellent interpersonal presentationand communication skills (written andoral).Strong attention to detail creativeartistic abilities and strong design presentationskills.Excellent visual communication skillsto present ideas and information in a multimedia context combinedwith excellent IT and programmingskillsExceptional creative flair and aninnovative approach to all designprojectsExcellent organisational time andproject management skillsAccuracy andattention to detailAn understanding of thelatest trends and their role in a commercialenvironmentProven competence in design andimage manipulation softwareTeamwork skillsbecause most projects require input from individuals with differentrolesSelfdevelopment skills to keepup to datewith fastchanging trends Professional approach to time costs anddeadlines.Job Type:FulltimeEducation:Bachelors(Preferred)This job has been sourced from anexternal job board.
