What's OnYour Plate?You will support in managing,planning and coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholdersthroughout our functions teams including the talabat ExecutiveteamBuild strong relationships with our teamto ensure we stay up to date.You will supportthe team with sourcing and identifying the best talent andproviding market insights.Creating market mapsfor critical roles across the businessBuildingout tools and templates that contribute to an excellent candidateand hiring manager experience.Creating andmaintaining sheets & reports on Google sheets /Excel.Managing our systems to ensure allapplications and offers are updated on behalf of the TAteam.You will have the opportunity to work inTA Projects/Initiatives that elevate the TA departmentWhat you need to besuccessfulWhatDid We Order?Experience with scheduling and/ormanaging administrative tasksGreatcommunication skills - you listen with the intent tounderstand and are able to bridge gaps inknowledgeAbility to prioritize andmultitask.Good with people and managingrelations with stakeholdersGoal-oriented: youcan work autonomously and with your team to meet the needs of yourstakeholders, team, and talabatExperienceworking with an ATSExperience in completingmultiple projects with various competing deadlines, with greatattention to detail INT
