Lead the Salesand Business Development team for your dedicatedRegions.Responsible to grow, expand andmaintain revenues and number of customers within the assignedterritories.Develop, approve and executeTerritories' sales and marketing plans and strategies,form the budget accordingly, set specific objectives andperformance criteria, which are consistent with the PIPECARE Groupobjectives.Ensure long standing customerrelations and networking is sustained with the key internationaloil and gas clients. Provide marketing intelligence with regards totrends, new developments, and competitoractivities.Direct personnel in the operationalprocedures to complete assignments and understand the manpower andequipment requirements to complete industrial service projects andemergency responses.Interface with customersin a professional and effective manager to update them on theproject status and/or to resolveproblems/issues.Represent PIPECARE Group inregional and national networking organizations that best benefitsgrowth within assigned product lines.Workclosely with Project Management, D&A, R&D andTM/Production teams to ensure that customer needs are being met inregards to all projects for the two jobtypes.Establish an in-depth knowledge ofcompetitive pricing, market rates, and market dynamics to assure anacceptable win rate at acceptablemargins.Maintain company/contact informationand document all sales calls, customer visits and businessopportunities.Work closely with regional salesand marketing organization to ensure all fact sheets and whitepapers are up to date and posted in the saleslibrary.As a natural leader, you will select,develop and motivate your team in a positive manner to perform,meet all the relevant KPI's and help them with theirpersonal development.Execute all other tasksas requested by Group CEO and ExecutiveTeam.
