Roles &ResponsibilitiesSupervise, organize and planactivities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction ofstructures within the stipulatedschedule.Review technical drawings and adviseengineering of any discrepancies before commencement of fabricationworks.Ensure that manpower is effectivelydeployed to deliver the productstimely.Resolve any technical problems orissues faced at the work siteStudy andevaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department andexplore new ideas to improve quality andproductivelyLiaise with clients'representatives and coordinate with other department supervisorsfor effective coordination of all works.Ensurethat Safety, Health and Environmental operating procedures arefollowed and counsel staff about compliance as necessaryTo implement the Company'ssafety policy and safety management system and to enforcelegislated safety requirement and the Company's safetyrules and regulations atsite.QualificationDiploma/bachelor's degreein engineering/equivalentOil and GasExperienceExcellent written and oralcommunication skillsGood communicative skills,able to interact with people of all levels andteamwork INT
