Black & Grey HR isactively recruiting for a prominent facilities management companybased in Abu Dhabi UAE. The Supervisor Agriculture will beaccountable for the successful implementation of landscape designsthat meet aesthetic functional and environmental objectives. Therole ensures projects are completed within budget and schedulewhile adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Additionally the Supervisor Agriculture plays a crucial role infostering collaboration among various stakeholders and contributingto the overall success of the projectteam.Responsibilities:Conduct site analysis and surveys to understand the topography soilconditions and environmentalfactors. Develop comprehensiveplans for landscape maintenance projects considering factors suchas plant health soil conditions andclimate. Execute and manage theimplementation of landscape maintenance projects ensuring adherenceto timelines and budgetconstraints. Create detailedlandscape plans including hardscape and softscape elementsirrigation systems and sustainable designpractices. Design install andmaintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distributionand conservation. Monitor andadjust irrigation schedules based on weather conditions and plantrequirements. Conduct regularinspections to ensure the quality of landscape maintenance workaddressing any issues promptly.Implement improvement strategies to enhance the overall aestheticappeal and functionality of outdoorspaces. Integrate ecofriendly andsustainable practices into landscape designs such as waterconservation and native plantusage. Assist in the developmentof project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources andmaterials. Monitor expendituresand recommend costeffective solutions without compromisingquality. Stay updated on industrytrends regulations and advancements in landscape architecture andengineering.RequirementsBachelor s degree or Diploma in landscape agriculture civilengineering or a related field.Advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred. Proven experience in landscapemaintenance and projectmanagement. Strong understandingof soil conditions plant health and climate impacts onlandscapes. Proficiency indesigning and managing irrigationsystems. Ability to conductthorough site analyses and develop comprehensive maintenanceplans. Excellent projectmanagement skills including budget management and timelineadherence. Strong problemsolvingabilities and attention todetail. Ability to fostercollaboration among variousstakeholders. Knowledge ofecofriendly and sustainable landscapepractices. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Familiarity with industrytrends regulations and advancements in landscape architecture andengineering.
