In addition, this role will assist withportfolio company reporting, quarterly reporting, and annual auditsfor the venture fund whilst lead reporting to the limited partner,providing updates on fund progress and identifying synergies withLP strategy. To be consideredfor this role, the successful candidate will have aBachelor's Degree from a reputable University and possessa minimum of five years relevant experience in prior venturecapital, banking, consulting, private equity orstartup. Our client islooking for someone with a strong understanding of venture capitaland finance concepts, including term sheets, financial statements,valuation analysis, returns modelling and the ability to form viewson companies and investments in ambiguous environments, with cleararticulation. Advanced Excel skills, computing programmingexperience, MBA, and/or prior experience at a venture fund are aplus. INT
