Key Accountabilities:Perform general administrative and clerical support includingmailing scanning faxing and arrange daily driver schedule Provide administrative service to supervisorto streamline and organize work. Perform dataentry job by collecting and entering data in databases andmaintaining accurate records for easy and on time retrieval: o Compile verify accuracy and sort informationaccording to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. o Review data for deficiencies or errorscorrect any incompatibilities if possible and check output. o Research and obtain further information forincomplete documents. o Generate reports storecompleted work in designated locations and perform backupoperations. o Scan documents and print fileswhen needed. o Keep information confidential. o Respond to queries for information andaccess relevant files. o Comply with dataintegrity and security policies. Performclerical duties including photocopy process forms maintain officefiles and records. Maintain various forms(hard copy and/or electronic) of documentation such as reportspresentations and emails as required by the supervisor and or teammembers to retrieve data efficiently and timely. Facilitates and liaises with internalcommunications on awareness campaigns and programs such as HRcascades Health & awareness sessions etc. Maintain an adequate level of office supplies Performs other duties assigned by the manager/ Head of the department Comply with theCompany Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality Systemestablished in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 internationalstandards and execute all responsibilities according to thedepartment work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy. Essential Requirements and Competencies Should have completed a minimum of one year inthe current department Candidate should befree of any outstanding warnings or disciplinary Candidate should be FC02 & Above Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalentqualification. Minimum 2 years* experience ina similar administrative assistant role Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office Proficient in use of email and internet Good numeracy skills Accurate keyboard skills Knowledge of officemanagement systems and procedures Goodinterpersonal people skills are important because informationclerks deal with the public DesirableRequirements and Competencies Ability tocollaborate cross functionally and at all levels and teambasedapproach including ability to positively manage conflict High level of commitment to continuousimprovement and adaptability to changeThis job has been sourcedfrom an external job board.
