Essential Functions/ResponsibilityStatements: Create, modifyor otherwise utilize financial models and produce detailed analysisin support of the group's origination and executionactivities.Lead or support the production ofcredit applications, offering memoranda and engagementletters.Research/analyze industries and marketdata.Support and lead certain aspects oftransaction execution, coordinating the underwriting process, duediligence, documentation and interface with other areas (credit,syndication other products involved).Supportin the structuring of the transaction: review of the key featuresof the financing strategy and any financialdocumentation.Operate within complianceparameters and demonstrate sound businessjudgement.Support marketing and origination ofnew transactions by preparing pitch books and marketing materialsand attending client meetings with seniorcolleagues.Collaborate and coordinate withother departments and develop internal network to enhanceeffectiveness.Develop and maintain expertisein primary sectors covered by the Structured Finance team includinghelping develop ideas and related content.Qualifications: To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals withdisabilities to perform the essentialfunctions.Education:Bachelor's Degree, orequivalent degree and/or work experience.Work Experience:1-2+ years of experience inStructured Finance / Project Finance or a comparablefield. Skills andAbilities: Demonstratedsuccess executing project finance or similartransactions.Self-motivated.Verystrong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by bothexcellent verbal and written communication inEnglish.Proficiency in project financemodeling.Presentation and public speakingskills.Advanced knowledge of Excel,PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills anddetail orientation.Demonstrated complexanalysis skills.Ability to travel withinassigned territory as required.Experience indebt advisory, acquisition finance, bond and equity underwriting,private placements, asset securitization, public ratings and/orM&A is a plus.Strong analytical /problem solving skills.Ability to translatedata into information.Sales oriented,energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to help teamachieve revenue and feeobjectives.
