MBR Partners is seeking a Systems Operations Manager for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.

Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:- Proven experience in project management.- Experience in Operation and support.- Demonstrated experience in managing agile cross-functional teams at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets with exceptional planning and organizational skills.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.- Create and deliver engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Lead by example, delegating responsibilities effectively, and resolving problems efficiently.- Exhibit persistence, perseverance, and patience in challenging situations.- PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Skills and Qualities:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (as specified).- Proven experience in project management.- Experience in Operation and support.- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing agile cross-functional teams.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.- Ability to lead, delegate, and inspire teams.
