An exciting opportunity to join new projects with a leading Oil & Gas Operator based in Qatar. They are looking for Senior Welding Engineer to join as soon as possible. Initially, the position will be based in Qatar, then transferred to China.
Contract till 31/05/2026Working schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off / 8-10 hours per day
Deadline - 22/05/2024 - 12 p.m. by Qatar time.
Qualification:Master's degree in welding - ESSA / IWE / EWE certifications also required.Professional Experience (number of years) : 15 years in a similar position.Experience within project : (number of years) : 10 years of experience associated with Piping and Structural works.A good knowledge of International codes/standards related to Piping & Structural design, fabrication and inspection.Comprehensive knowledge in welding, material, corrosion (inc SSCC) and NDE.Good leadership skills and good communication skills.Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications.H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.Offshore experience is required.
