We Are The Digital Guardians of Your BrandAccount ManagerRole ResponsibilitiesSet, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategiesProvide engaging English and Arabic contentCoordinate and work closely with the creative team for assets and video creation for all social media accountsMonitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews and commentsSound knowledge of all digital streamsCoordinate with the creative, paid digital, and Communications teamsStay up-to-date with digital technology trendsBenchmark against local, regional and international competitorsQualifications, Experience, Skills & CompetenciesArabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience planning and leading community initiativesAbility to identify and track relevant community KPIsExcellent interpersonal and presentations skillsHands-on experience with social media managementAbility to interpret website trafficKnowledge of online marketingAttention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solverBSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
