You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create bespoke event proposals, and ensure flawless execution from conception to completionWhat We Need From YouIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldSimilar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, with a focus on conferences, events, and banquetsStrong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clientsCreative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and proposalsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferWell reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.Join us and youll become part of the global IHG family and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
