A Qatar-based event company is looking for an Event Design Coordinator.Key Responsibilities:· Concept creation for various events (festivals, concerts, weddings)· Development of theme, compiling mood boards to illustrate the idea of the look & feel of the event· Briefing a team of designers to ensure the 2D / 3D design development movement in the right direction· Presentations creation for clients (introductions, event concept explanation, mood boards, event narrative) in Adobe Indesign / Keynote / Canva / PhotoshopQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.· Proven experience (3+ years) in a creative role, preferably within event management or related industry.· Portfolio showcasing creative and effective event designs and concepts.· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.· Ability to assess large amounts of data (RFPs) and outline the key requirements of the client· Understanding the basics of event· Proficient English Important Note:To avoid your request being ignored, please send your resume along with examples of acquired experiences or a link to examples.Please send the details to: hm@zoomarts.comWhy Join Zoom?At Zoom Art & Design, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about creating exceptional experiences.
