The ideal candidate will be responsible for handle client requests, manage IT procurement, collaborate with the team, administer tools, design systems, troubleshoot, supervise staff, and stay current on emerging technologies.What Are Your DutiesTeam management:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technical support and technology engineering teamthe information.Provide direction, guidance and support to team members.Setting goals and objectives for the team and ensuring they are achieved.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Technical expertise:Serve as subject matter expert in technical support and engineering technology the information.Assist team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues and fix it.Follow the latest technologies, trends and best practices in technical support and information technology engineering.Resource allocation:Allocate resources effectively to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.Prioritize tasks and projects based on their importance and urgency.Coordinate with other teams or departments to ensure smooth implementation for the project.solving problems:Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.Analyze problems and identify root causes to prevent their recurrence.Develop and implement solutions to improve processes and procedures.customers service:Ensure that team members provide excellent customer service to owners internal and external interests.Dealing with customer inquiries or escalated complaints in a timely manner appropriate and professional manner.Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.training and development:Identify training needs within the team and develop training plans to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Conduct training courses or workshops on techniques, tools or new operations.Encouraging continuous learning and professional development among team members.Documentation and reporting:Ensure that all technical support activities are properly documented.Create reports on team performance, key metrics and project status.Present findings and recommendations to senior management or stakeholders as appropriate the need.Quality assurance:Establish and enforce quality standards for technical support and technology engineering operations the information.Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to standards identify areas for improvement.Implement corrective actions to address any problems or deficiencies the quality.cooperation:Foster a collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.Coordinate with other teams or departments to achieve goals and objectives shared.Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives as is required.Risk Management:Identify potential risks or weaknesses in systems or processes technology.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of disturbances or security violations.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management measures on an ongoing basis. ensuring the effective operation of the services provided, and maintaining high levels of...Customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement within the team.What are we looking for15 years of technical expertise and hands-on experience in technical support and engineeringBachelor's degree of Computer Science.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issuesAbility to lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing direction and supportOutstanding customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise with stakeholdersAptitude for training and developing team members, identifying skill gaps and implementing trainingKeen attention to quality and process improvement, with the ability to establish and enforce standardsRisk management capabilities to proactively identify, mitigate and monitor potential risksWhat we Offer:Full on-the-job training & support.Fun working environment and culture.Great opportunity for advancement.We See Equal at SMART:At our organization, we value diversity and are an equal-opportunity employer.
