As internal sales, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone Process orders via phone and email Support a diverse customer base in providing product support. Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support. Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required. Why us? Uniforms supplied - feel like a team. Strong technical skills and problem solving. Experience in customer service in a retail environment. Good verbal and written skills Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth. Computer literate at an intermediate level Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous. Team player to support other areas when required. Why us?
