Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.Analyzes HR data to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring, employee performance, and regulatory compliance.Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.SkillsProblem Solving & Result Orientation.Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.Proficient with HR software and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.Clear and concise communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
