QHire Human Resources Consultancy is urgently hiring for a Events Associate.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement all related events of the Academy. Ensure all activities are carefully planned and executed based on the agreed timeline and business expectations.

Producing detailed proposals and presentations for events (e.g., timelines, venues, staffing, program/agenda of the event, budgets and related requirements).

Researching related markets to identify opportunities for events.

To work on internal and external events (with yearly target). Responsibilities:

Collaborate with in-house (or outsourced) Designer for all promotional materials (brochures/ f lyers/presentations, newsletters to name a few) needed by the Academy to promote its courses •Conduct market survey and research needed to finalize related marketing plans needed to meet the Academy's short and long-term plans/goals

Work hand-in-hand with the Development team to execute any given activity/project to ensure completion of the business objective/s set per year

Ensures to have an in-depth knowledge of the courses being offered by the Academy.

Researching actively for potential business, pursuing and maintaining new business relationships, understanding and obtaining the needs of the business (research and market analysis), preparing and delivering various business presentations, formulate business development expansion strategies according to the goals and objectives set by the Academy.

Be familiar with the day-to-day activity/process being done at the Academy. From the client's side (rules and regulations of the Academy), actual admission process, instructor's coordination, Admin monitoring to name a few.

Assist the Admin team during client coordination/counselling and attending inquiries. •Other ad hoc duties as required by the reporting Manager / lAlD Management based on the existing requirements of the Academy.

Self-initiate projects to enhance brand presence local and internationally. •Facilitate and execute paid and free workshops, Masterclasses, Seminars, summer & winter workshops.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's graduate or equivalent with a major Degree

Work experience 3 or more years of experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in English (Both oral and written)

Self-starter

Quick Learner

Ability to multi-task

Team Player

Open to take up new challenges.

Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.

Must be available to join immediately.
