Job Description :Our client is an Information Servicescompany. They are now looking for a Customer Success Associate to join them.Roles & Responsibilities.Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B . Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients. . Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken. . Referring requests to the concerned people/teams. . Building professional relationships with existing customers. . Providing accurate and complete information as and when required. . Supporting with maintaining and updating the database. . Helping with research and generating sales leadsPreference Arabic SpeakersImmediate Joiners Qualifications: 1-3 years of similar experienceBachelor's Degree Excellent command of both written and spoken English
