Responsibilities:- Explore and identify potential tenants looking to rent.- Evaluating the rental price of the property compared to similar properties and submitting a report every 3 months on any developments.- Finding a tenant for the vacant property, rehabilitating the property and preparing it for display and marketing in coordination with the various departments.- Supervising the Handover, Evacuation of tenants after ensuring the safety of the property.-Manage property tours for potential tenants highlighting valuable features of the building to impress clients and influence the lease.-Maintain contact with tenants during their tenancy to supervise their well-being and assist in resolving property issues.-Oversee the processing and approval of customer applications and rental documents.-Explaining the rental terms, rental price, and payment term to tenants.-Direct leasing team activities and operations to ensure revenue targets are achieved.-Carrying out leasing and marketing tasks and reviewing leasing rates and market prices.-Raising the occupancy rate and attracting customers.
