Sales Representative will work as a sales associate and help support the Managers and Directors from the Partnerships team to drive commercial opportunities across these sectors and other sectors. Responsibilities:Acquires new customers by reaching out to leadsServes existing customers by optimizing the current planAdjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the fieldResolves customer complaints and queriesMaintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goalsCompletes market research and monitors competitor activityMaintains documentation of customer contact and account updatesAdjusts the content of sales presentationsFocuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealersSubmits orders by referring to price lists and product literatureKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniquesRecommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developmentsProvides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent.1-2 years experience or a competitive client's portfolio.Relevant industry experience.Excellent communication skillsGood English Verbal and writtenBenefits What's in it for you?
