Company DescriptionWe are a local catering company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Operationally run by a professional team. Their goal is to highlight Saudi cuisine in a modern way and Saudi hospitality to bring them to the world through special and official national and international events.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at Kit Catering in Riyadh. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, managing the kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and cost control.QualificationsCulinary skills, including proficiency in different cooking techniquesKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesExperience in menu planning and cost controlManagement and leadership skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferredPrior experience in a similar role is a plusExperience with international, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine.
