Pay QAR 7,000 - QAR 10,000 a month Job type Full-time Location Full job descriptionOversee operations of (fast food restaurants or casual dining chains) across four restaurant locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards.Supervise employment shifts, including staffing, training, and performance management to maintain high-quality service.Lead menu development initiatives, collaborating with chefs and culinary teams to ensure innovative and profitable offerings.Monitor profit and loss statements, implementing cost-control measures and revenue-enhancing strategies to optimize financial performance.Identify opportunities for expansion and secure new locations, coordinating with stakeholders to execute successful ventures.Requirements:Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of overseeing multiple locations in fast food chains.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various departments.Demonstrated ability to drive profitability through strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.Knowledge of menu development and culinary trends to continuously enhance offerings and meet customer preferences.Proactive mindset with a focus on growth and expansion, able to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market.Job Type: Full-time
