Unwind in the Middle East's only wellness center in a resort setting, spread across lush botanical gardens.Job DescriptionAs Learning Manager, you will be a role model for our Team Members. From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member's skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.Minimum of 3years work experience in learning functionExperienced in adult learning or a similar environmentExperienced in managing diverse culturesExperience in hotel operation is preferredSelf-motivated with proven ability to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlinesStrong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to audienceStrong communication skills in EnglishStrong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision makingDetailed oriented, good execution and follow up
