Organize and coordinate thedevelopment and implementation of robust inspection plans andactivities, providing technical expertise in equipment integrity,and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve projectreadiness, and safe and seamless start-up of Operations Expansion& Start Up projects.Manages low tomedium complexity multi-disciplinary equipment threats with variousuncertainties and providing technical recommendations to help safecontinued operation.YourTasksDevelop and implement comprehensiveinspection plans for OES projects, ensuring adherence to industrystandards, regulations and project specifications. Optimizeinspection frequencies, inspection/maintenance cost and providenecessary guidance to other engineers while performing the same toensure program practicality while maintaining assetintegrity.Collaborate with operations,engineering and project teams to conduct thorough risk assessments,emphasizing safety, reliability, and environmental considerationsto achieve project readiness.Conduct rootcause analysis for equipment failures, followed by overseeingimplementation of corrective actions, and developing preventivemeasures to enhance asset reliability.Supportpeers and/or special team to investigate complex facility integritythreats and develop long term solutions in mitigating integrityissues.Provide technical expertise inassessing equipment integrity, ensuring alignment with projectspecifications, and maintaining adherence to stringent qualitystandards. Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to ensurethe quality and reliability of materials and equipment procured forOES projects.Prepare the technicalspecifications for inspection contracts including scope of work,and contribute to the evaluation of calls for tender for inspectionservices/non-destructive testing (NDT) services/personnel andannual budget preparation and audits as required by companyrelevant procedures.Interface with regulatoryauthorities and certification bodies to ensure OES compliance withindustry codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate withlong-term inspection contractor and external agencies forspecialized inspection and innovativetechnologies.
