Our shared valuesguide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:• Integrity • Outstanding value to markets andclients • Commitment to each other • Strengthfrom cultural diversity During your tenure as a Manager inCorporate Finance - Government & Infrastructure, you willdemonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:• Focusing on various government and infrastructuresectors, where you will be providing financial and commercialadvice to government and the private sector • Projectsfocus on Public Private Partnership and a range of private sectorparticipation transactions. The work can be varied across thetransaction lifecycle on projects at the intersection of governmentand the private sector • Key sectors include transport,defense, healthcare, education, energy, security and justice• Strategic options analysis for privatizations andgovernment restructuring • Bid and procurement support invarious industries • Advice on delivery models for publicservices and government contracting (for example, major nationalICT contracts and frameworks) • Advice to public sectorauthorities, for example Ministry for Transport, Ministry ofDefense, Ministry of Finance etc • Setting commercial andfinancial strategies, including considering alternative commercialmodels including joint ventures • Structuring anddocumenting programme business cases • Developing andexecuting the procurement strategy • Negotiations throughto contract close; • Leading advisory engagements frominception through to success conclusion • Contractmanagement activities, including considering options to restructureand/or renegotiate contracts • Preparing financialanalysis, including complex analysis and financial models, tosupport each stage of these programmes
