Job Summary: ProductManagerThis role is responsible for developingproducts for the Aviation Air Cargo practice under the direction ofthe Practice Heads. Product Managers will be the most knowledgeableabout their product in the Practice. The Product Manager will actas Subject Matter Expert in sales situations to discuss details oftheir products and how they create value for clients. The roleshould support practice development lead sales efforts for ourproducts and hold endtoend responsibility of sales forproductsResponsibilitiesDevelopingthe product strategy and roadmapDesigningdeveloping and managing activities from product definition planningto production and releaseManagingprioritisation and tradeoffs between customer experience businessimpact performance and postlaunchsupportWorking crossfunctionally with designand technology teams to ensure timely and quality release ofproduct/ enhancementsAnalysing productperformance and redesigning asrequiredSkillsKeyRequirementsYou have a strongbackground in software engineering as well as prior experience inproduct managementShould have strong workexperience in the domain of Logistics and International cargooperations specifically in Cargo Commercial Revenue ManagementGround Handling and Revenue Accounting.Youhave prior experience in managing a product throughout itslifecycleA project management certification(eg. PMP) would be a plusYou possess strongproblem solving and prioritisation skillsYouhave excellent interpersonal and communicationskillsYou can work effectively with crossfunctional teamsExcellent verbal; written;presentation; facilitation; communication; relationship buildingand skillsExcellent client presence and provenclient relationship building capability; willing to provide senior/ top level client referencesExperience inworking with large distributed teams in a highly dynamicenvironment preferably involving an onshore/offshore model ishighly desirable.Ability to work independentlyand proactively in a dynamic and ambiguousenvironmentDepth to support practicemethodology growth and mentor affiliated teammembersQualified to degree level orprofessional equivalent is required; M.B.A. or Masters in arelevant discipline from a top university stronglypreferredLocation /Travel:Extensive travel (domestic orinternational) is required This jobhas been sourced from an external job board.More jobson
